All you need to provide is a one-page A4 size Personal Statement outlining your continued work and development in social impact.

If you wish to gain your renewal, simply purchase this product and download the available template. You do not have to use the template if you would prefer to submit your own one-page Personal Statement to us – just purchase this product and then send your Personal Statement to us at info@socialvalueaotearoa.nz
