This network event is designed to strengthen connection across our community and explore how social value is being applied in practice, from frontline delivery through to system-level thinking.

Valuing What Matters: Practice, People and Proof

At the centre of the evening is a facilitated panel exploring how social value is being defined, measured, and demonstrated in real-world contexts.

This conversation moves beyond theory to focus on practice, where value is created, how it is evidenced, and what it takes to hold credibility in this work.

Together, the panel will explore:

• What “value” looks like in practice across different contexts
• The role of people, relationships, and trust in creating impact
• How we move from outcomes to value — and what proof really requires
• The tensions between measurement, storytelling, and lived experience
